All clients must complete a consultation form prior to receiving TLLTM treatments.

We collect only relevant information that is necessary for the safe administration of treatments

No personal information from consultation forms is stored on any computer

Client information will not be shared with third parties or anyone other than the client unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian

Consultation Forms will be stored securely by TLLTM for one year and then securely destroyed by shredding

Emails are retained for communication purposes for 1 year and then deleted but Offensive or inappropriate communications are retained for the protection of our staff and blocking purposes.

Right to be forgotten – You may request destruction of your consent form at any time via email or writing to us

You may request a copy of your data via email or in writing to us, once we have verified your identity we email it to you
